1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services offered by GameZone Elite, whether in-person at our Seattle location or through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our gaming services are available to individuals of all ages; however, certain age restrictions may apply to specific games, tournaments, or events based on game ratings and content. Visitors under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Membership and Booking

GameZone Elite offers various membership tiers and hourly booking options. Payments for memberships and bookings are non-refundable except in cases of service unavailability caused by GameZone Elite. Reserved time slots not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may be forfeited without refund.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member. Multiple accounts created to circumvent usage limitations may result in termination of all associated accounts without refund.

4. Code of Conduct

While using our facilities, customers are expected to:

• Treat all staff and other customers with respect
• Handle equipment with care
• Maintain a reasonable noise level
• Refrain from consuming outside food and beverages in gaming areas
• Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior

GameZone Elite reserves the right to ask any individual violating these conduct guidelines to leave the premises without refund.

5. Equipment Usage

Customers are responsible for the proper use of our gaming equipment during their sessions. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges. Personal peripherals may be used with our systems but must be compatible with our equipment. GameZone Elite is not responsible for any damage to personal peripherals used with our systems.

6. Tournament Participation

Registration for tournaments is binding. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before event) may incur penalties including forfeit of registration fees. By participating in tournaments, players agree to follow all tournament-specific rules and the decisions of tournament administrators.

Prize distribution will occur as specified in tournament announcements. GameZone Elite may use photos and videos of tournament participants for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out at registration.

7. Internet Usage and Content

While using our internet services, customers agree not to:

• Access or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to breach security systems or networks
• Engage in activities that degrade service quality for others
• Use excessive bandwidth for non-gaming activities during peak hours

GameZone Elite reserves the right to monitor network usage and terminate service to individuals violating these conditions.

8. Personal Belongings

GameZone Elite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Secure lockers are available for customer use. Items left at our facility for more than 30 days may be disposed of or donated.

9. Website Usage

The GameZone Elite website and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

11. Changes to Terms

GameZone Elite reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

GameZone Elite and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in King County, Washington.
